Welcome to a brand new week!
If you didn’t manage to send me any of your completed last week maybe you could this week. I have planned lots of different activities including tasks you can complete on Education City and Bug Club. You can of course access BBC Bitesize online or watch the educational programmes that are on offer every morning.
I will be telephoning parents again this week to see how things are going and if you need any help or advice. If you need to contact me before please either call the office or email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
This is a suggested timetable for your day:
8.45 – 9.00 – spelling/times table practise
9.00 – 10.00 – Maths
10.00 – 10.15 – Have a break and a well-earned snack!
10.15 – 10.35 – Phonics
10.35 – 11.30 – English
11.30 – 12.00 – Reading and handwriting practise

Remember – EdCity is NOT instead of the other lessons; it is just one part of the curriculum as a whole.

Today we are thinking about sentence structure and extending our sentences to make them more interesting. We are concentrating using the word ‘and’ to extend our sentences.

What might a creator of these things be like? How do you know? Many people think that the world is created by God, though not all. From the images, what might God be like?
