This Week in Brancaster Bubble
Once again we have reached the end of another busy week. Only one week to go before we break up for the Christmas holidays and we have been working hard.
This week we have been looking at poems. We have written some of our own but here are some of the children reading a poem written by Mrs Porter!
She’s a poet and we didn’t know it!
This week we have been learning our times tables and making sure we can recall the number facts quickly. We have focussed on our 6’s and 9’s
6 Times Table – Use this song to help you remember the number facts – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpbc-1a7lMo
9 Times Table – This week we learnt a quick and easy way to help us with our 9 times table – see if you can teach this method to your grown ups at home.
This week we continued to practise our Christmas songs. Unfortunately we didn’t have Miss Berners with us this week but she sent us a video to help us. Well done to Liam who was awarded Musician of the Week this week! Well done Liam.
Once again, you have shared some fantastic homework with me.
Well done if you have sent homework in this week.
Well done to those of you who have logged on and completed the games and activities on Education City last week.
There are still activities to complete for this week, they will be live and online until Sunday!
If you would like to bring in Christmas cards then please make sure they are in by next Tuesday.
