Foundation Subjects
Topic – This week we will be looking at why we wear poppies – can you reasearch or ask an adult why we wear poppies?
Have a look at the attached powerpoint – Unknown warrior.
Art – Can you create your own poppy? What colours do you need? You might like to use paint, tissue paper.

Science – This week we are starting to learn about electricity.
Make a list of all the things you know about electricity.

Can you design a safety poster?
There are also some activities on Education City for you to work through.
PE– If you can try and get some exercise in your garden. Practise your ball skils – throwing and catching. How many times can you catch the ball, can you bouce the ball and catch?
Music– Have a sing song! Listen to your favourite song!
Learn a new song! Can you feel the beat? What instruments can you hear?
Why do you like the song? Can you make up a dance with your song/music?
Finally –
Children who are well but have to isolate are expected to continue their learning at home where possible. Please do not get worried if you cannot complete everything. Do what you can!
