Holkham Bubble burst into the new school year.
Welcome back Holkham class we have had a fantastic first week. I am impressed by the work ethic of our class and they have made the first week really enjoyable. Keep it up Holkham Class!!
This week we have discussed our worries and let them fly off so that now we can enter school every day with a smile on our faces. We have discussed what we want to achieve in the coming year and we have even grown our own rainbow!
The amazing attitude of the children has enabled us to learn and implement the new “back to school rules” which they have followed to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.
We are looking forward to the coming weeks where we will be travelling from Lands end to John O’Groats as part of our topic and investigating and learning about magnets and looking at sculpture.
In Literacy we will be learning how to write a recount and we are beginning our active maths. We are also looking at different emotions and how to deal with them within our Paths lessons.
P.E. will be every Wednesday and children should come to school dressed in their outdoor P.E. kit on this day.
We are also learning to sign Katy Perry’s Roar a link can be found below if you would like to practise at home.
