Wells Class – Friday Blog 26-6-20
Hello Wells Class,
I hope you are well and have been enjoying the sunshine this week. The Home Learning Grid had some interesting tasks on it this week – my Bubble in school enjoyed doing the optical illusion Artwork, creating a Pirate Factfile and starting a Powerpoint about an endangered animal in Science. Did you use the World Wildlife Fund website I suggested for your work? It’s really good for finding out about endangered animals and what is being done to protect them: https://www.worldwildlife.org/species/directory
Mrs Harris has been phoning your parents/carers this week, whilst I have been teaching, to see if there is anything extra we can do to help you with your home learning. Please email me and let me know if you want any additional help. Also, it is great to receive photos of your home learning – Thank you to Charlie and his mum for sending in his Maths, learning linked to Lord Tennyson (which he did with his older sister as it was part of her English work) and photos of his sunflowers he has been growing. Well done, Charlie!
Remember, you can send me your Home Learning Grid work or any other learning you have been doing via email. This can be gardening, artwork, craftwork or some other skills you have been learning at home. It would be great to hear from you and share your work on my Friday blog next week.
Take care, enjoy the weekend and stay safe,
