Learning at Home and Learning at School!
Over the last week, we have welcomed back some of the children from our Reception Classes, Year 1 and Year 6. School looks a little bit different but we are all getting used to our new routines and adapting to a different way of learning. Classes are now Bubbles and teachers are Bubble Bosses! We are learning about keeping ourselves safe; washing our hands and keeping our distance. Playtimes are a bit different too, we have our own bubble areas in the playground and we are learning new games that are safe to play.
Teachers are also busy supporting those of you still working at home. Don’t forget to check the website regularly so you know what’s expected of you. Remember a new Home Learning Grid will be uploaded onto the website every Monday morning. These are put on the front page of the website as well as on your class blog pages. These grids are packed full of activities to keep your brains active and keep you learning.
Make sure you login regularly and complete the activities set for you by your Class Teacher. Teachers are checking to see how you are getting on so wow them with your perseverance and attitude to learning! Email your teacher or ring the office if you need to be reminded of your login details.
We miss having everyone here with us at school but please remember, we are still one big school community whether you are learning here with us at school or at home. We are looking forward to a time when we can all learn together again!
