Snettisham and Heacham 01/05/2020 – PYJAMARAMA DAY!

I can’t believe it’s finally here!

How exciting!

I’m not in my pyjamas yet because I have to walk the dog first and nobody needs to see Miss Cook in the park in her pyjamas, but when I get back I will be snuggling right into them and starting some activities.

From 0930, this is the plan,

and then in the afternoon

You can go to https://www.booktrust.org.uk/books-and-reading/have-some-fun/pyjamarama/pyjamarama-festival/

There are downloads, printables and lots of book suggestions.  I’m going to be reading the rest of The Tripods Trilogy, (I read the first one yesterday!) and then I’ve got a couple of Sherlock Holmes detective stories to read – The Hound of the Baskervilles and The Dancing Men.  I wonder what happens!  I’ve also found a hot chocolate recipe, so I should try that later as well.

I had a lovely treat yesterday when I had a video from Corrine of her reading ‘Each, Peach, Pear, Plum’ so I’ll watch that again today so someone can read me a story!

The BBC have a lesson on Funnybones today, which will be great!

Have a lovely day in your jamas.  I’ll be back from our walk in time for Floella Benjamin (I remember her from Blue Peter and Chockablock!)

Take care (and wash your hands!)

Miss Cook
