Good Morning Cromer Class,
I hope you are all well. I’ve heard from Lola – it was lovely to hear from you.
Thought of the day: “With the new day come new thoughts and new strengths.” – Eleanor Roosevelt. This is really true in how how our lives have all changed recently with Covid 19. Have you had any new thoughts or discovered any new strengths? I’ve realised that although shopping is my hobby, I don’t need it to survive. I thought I needed a McDonalds coffee every morning. I didn’t. I just wanted one. I hope you’re keeping your diary about this time (from the home learning grid). This is a time which will be written about in the history books. Your children will ask you what you did during this time. Your grandchildren will want to know as well. That’s a strange thought, isn’t it?
Did you take part in the clapping for essential workers last night? I did.
Has anyone done the Joe Wicks workouts? I’ve been at school for a couple of days this week and I’ve been doing them. They’re tough! Especially for an old lady like me! If you’ve done them, let me know how you got on.
Has anyone read any good books lately?
Has anyone learnt any new crafts? Knitting? I’ve been doing quite a bit of knitting.
Keep in touch. Hope to see you soon.
