Winterton go to King’s Lynn Library on London Road
On Wednesday 11th September, Winterton visited the Public Library on London Road. The children were impressed by the wide selection they could borrow. Not just books, but audio-books, DVDs, CDs and jigsaw puzzles. Also they can access computers to help with homework.
The staff were very friendly, telling us the history of the building (which was interesting) and helping us find things we were interested in looking at.
Some of us had library cards or were able to apply for them on the day, and were able to borrow books the same day.
If you haven’t already got a library card, then please visit the library yourselves (it’s a quick walk from the Walks) and go and see what’s on offer!
